Summer Cocktail Dinner

AKA Weeping Phoebes Debutante Ball

Come raise a glass with us at Chicks Caf as we spend an exciting evening celebrating the glorious gifts of the summer season, and also, take the opportunity to formally introduce our new head bartender, Phoebe Esmon.

This truly dynamic drinking and dining experience will feature five of Phoebes unique hand-crafted cocktails paired with four courses of Chef Jim Pianos delicious Mediterranean inspired cuisine. Highlights will include: an aromatic aperitif made with house infused chamomile and cherry blossom vodka topped with crisp prosecco; an invigorating Plymouth gin, cucumber and green Chartreuse elixir that is matched up with a market fresh Italian crudo; and a spicy rye whiskey, orange pekoe tea and muddled mint cooler that will be accompanied by a Spanish influenced barbecue plate.

As with all of our past events at Chicks, there will be plenty of other surprises (liquid and otherwise), including a set of stand up comedy from local funny guy John Conor. Space is very limited, so please dont procrastinate! Be sure to reserve your share of the fun and festivities as soon as possible.
